Within various projects, the AGU team has recently been working intensively on the safety of wheelchair users and barrier-free access to public transportation. The stability of various positioning systems was analyzed using analytical and numerical methods and the wheelchair accessibility and safety of different vehicles was evaluated in interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists for design and regulatory requirements.
